Jessie Silvestre is a Project Lead at Holland, specializing in workplace and commercial interiors. Based in Edmonton, she oversees projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to bring thoughtful, high-performing spaces to life. With a Bachelor of Interior Design from Mount Royal University, her experience spans hospitality, architecture, and workplace design. Her keen eye for detail—both creative and technical—allows her to bridge aesthetics with functionality seamlessly. Jessie thrives on problem-solving and collaboration, drawing from 14 years in customer service to foster strong client relationships and smooth project execution. She is currently earning her credentials with the Alberta Association of Architects (AAA) and finalizing her NCIDQ certification.
Jessie approaches every project with a simple but powerful philosophy: continuous improvement. She believes in evolving her skills and perspectives to create spaces that feel intuitive, adaptable, and deeply connected to their users. For her, great design is about asking the right questions—how a space should feel, how people move through it, and how it can support their needs.
A lifelong learner, Jessie finds inspiration in fashion, architecture, and travel, exploring different cultures and design influences. She also enjoys spending time with her family, especially during competitive game nights over CATAN. An adventurer at heart, she’s always up for trying something new—this year, it’s pickleball and tennis.
